It was great to meet with Cllr Thomas Dyer this morning to discuss local road improvements being made by Lincolnshire County Council in North Hykeham and areas of Waddington within my constituency.
I understand that resurfacing schemes such as at Somerton Gate Lane, which is due to begin next week, and at the newly completed works at Tamar Way and Dart Avenue will be making a significant improvement to the condition of local roads for constituents.
I am also delighted to see footpath extensions completed for the Waddington to Harmston section to begin the new cycle path to Navenby which will help promote active travel opportunities for residents and local commuters.
It was great to finish off our meeting by stopping at fantastic local spot Amelia Alice Interiors and Tearoom in North Hykeham!
