The government has launched a public consultation to ask your views on youth vaping as part of measures to clamp down on vapes being promoted to children.
Teenagers, parents, teachers, medical professionals, academic experts and others can respond to government plans to tackle vaping and create the first smokefree generation.
The consultation launched today is open to anyone, of any age, in the UK and includes proposals to restrict child-friendly flavours and bright coloured packaging. People have 8 weeks to share their experiences and opinions and help shape future policy on vaping and smoking.
I welcome that the Government is committed to tackling teen vaping, having raised my concerns about the number of children vaping and the effects on their health.
