Broadband speeds are huge challenge locally, with many more people working from home and supporting their children's education during the lockdown. I have been in touch with BT Openreach for help resolving some of the more complicated connection problems constituents have alerted me to, and today Andy Whale, the Chief Engineer, and Phil Royal, the Senior Operations Manager at BT Openreach joined me in the village of Sudbrook, which has had severe connection issues for some time. Problems that were previously seemingly insurmountable are being resolved by this fantastic team and I'm very pleased that local residents can look forward to ultrafast speeds soon.
