I enjoyed catching up with Pat Doody, Chair, and Ruth Carver, Chief Executive, at the Greater Lincolnshire LEP this week where we discussed how the LEP are working hard to boost our local economy.
In particular, it was great to hear that 985 local businesses in North Kesteven have engaged with the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub so far, with 677 receiving medium or high intensity support. The hub engages with businesses such as through 1:1 and peer support, providing grants and hosting a range of business masterclasses on a variety of subjects.
I look forward to continuing to work with the LEP to drive investment and promote the high-quality training opportunities in our county.
