Good to be at Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue's Waddington Training Site in my constituency today.
Over the years, LFR have developed the site into a first-class training facility. As part of this, they have hosted emergency services from across the world to learn and develop life-saving rescue skills.
The Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue team provide a good service to our community whenever people, in their hour most of need, require help to keep them safe.
Thank you to all the firefighters who responded to the large fire at Sessions House in Sleaford last night. I am grateful to all the emergency responders involved who are working hard. While I am pleased nobody was hurt, I know the fire has caused a devastating impact for some local businesses. LFR have assured me that their investigations are continuing.
